Dear Greg,
I'm looking for the "Die Fragmente der griechischen Historiker" - Felix Jacoby (Berlin, 1923 - 1954). Do you know some "cave" from were I can find it? :-)
Thank you and respect!

Taake:

these works are not currently available in IA or GB, but the precedent for this corpus seems to be whole in IA:

"""Die Fragmente der griechischen Historiker, better known as FGrHist or FGrH (Fragments of the Greek Historians), is a collection by Felix Jacoby of the works of those ancient Greek historians whose works have been lost, but of which we have citations, extracts or summaries. It is mainly founded on Carl Müller's previous Fragmenta Graecorum Historicorum (1841–1870)."""

To see the FGH volumes search this:

http://www.archive.org/search.php?query=Fragmenta%20Graecorum%20Historicorum

This query will show the five volumes inside IA among other GB editions by tpb...

I hope this information may be useful for you.

Thank you very much!

I already have the FGH... But, who knows, maybe in the future will be available also FGrHist :-)
Anyway, I will put some links for some greek's yummies very soon on Lantrenativa (ancient and classical, not christian mostly).

Thank you again!

Regards, Taake.

The problem with Jacoby is the year of publication of each volume, and the copyright issues about them.

Via some open project like Gutenber project, Internet Archive or Googlebooks will be almost impossible even in the next years... the only way is to wait to some one internet user scans and share the whole books via rapidshare, or emule or torrents...

And, unafortunately, i have not any access to this corpus.

Salus.

Greg.
